Alice is a Registered Nurse with advanced certification in Gerontological Nursing. Alice has worked with geriatric patients in a variety of clinical settings. She has worked as an educator and has held many administrative positions, including:
- Assistant Nursing Administrator for a Private Duty Home Health Agency
- Director of Two Hospital-Based Respiratory Therapy Department
- Director of a Wound Care Program
- Director of an Infection Control Program

Alice has been a caregiver for her Mother who is in her thirteenth year of Alzheimer's Disease. She completely understands the problems families face as they love and care for their parent while trying to maintain a career, family and their sanity.
Alice has had many leadership roles in many areas of nursing, including Home Care, Nursing Home Care, Wound Care, Infection Control and Respiratory Therapy. Alice has helped thousands of elders and their families during her 12 years with Nursing Resources. Teaching and problem solving are two areas of healthcare in which Alice excels.
