Qualifications

COMMITMENT
Caring for people who are ill or disabled requires special dedication as well as technical skills. A guiding principle of Nursing Resources is that each caregiver must be completely qualified and able to perform whatever services are needed by the client. At the same time, in-depth competency testing and ongoing continuing education confirm caregivers, personal commitment and psychological fitness for providing ongoing patient care.

NURSES
All nurses associated with Nursing Resources are graduates of recognized schools of nursing and have completed all licensing requirements. Many have also completed additional studies for qualification in various advanced nursing specialties.

CAREGIVERS
References and backgrounds of every caregiver are exhaustively checked and qualifications validated. References are followed up and each must pass background screening and drug testing. All Nursing Resources caregivers are fully bonded.

LICENSE
Nursing Resources is fully licensed by the State of Florida.
