Sarasota In-Hospital Private Nursing Care
We recognize that in-hospital nursing care and attention is somewhat limited due to high patient-to-nurse ratio. This is projected to become a greater problem because of a growing shortage of nurses.
Nursing Resources understands family cannot be at the hospital bedside 24 hours a day. We also understand that families need to go home to rest, but find it difficult to rest knowing their loved one is alone. Nursing Resources can provide in-hospital private duty services to cover the times family cannot be there.
More importantly, we understand that the hospital can be a frightening place for anyone and overwhelming for some. Nursing Resources can provide continuous around-the-clock private duty services if needed or until an out-of-area family member arrives.
A Qualified Private Nurse
Our nursing staff can stay with a client all day and/or night. The role of the nurse is to ensure that the client is getting the attention and care they need. Additionally, our staff can give physicians an accurate assessment of the client's current status. Most hospital nurses have many duties and patients to care for. They cannot remain with patients all day and monitor their health status continually, but we can.
Our nursing staff also gives our in-hospital clients comfort and a sense of security. Our clients do not need to feel alone or afraid and they will have all the help they need to recover. In addition, our nurses can accompany the patient home and remain on duty for as long as they are needed.
What If We Don't Need a Nurse?
There are many cases where our clients do not need a skilled nurse. Sometimes they just need an aide or sitter to stay with them. We have a team of caregivers that can meet every need.
