Nursing Resources offers a committed and reliable staff whose only focus is to provide superior care to every client.
Since 1989 Nursing Resources has offered a full range of private duty nursing services throughout Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties. We provide private duty services for home health care, in-hospital care, post-surgery care, respite care and more.
All of our clients have nurse case managers overseeing their care. Our Nurse Case Managers:
- Plan, monitor and supervise the home care services we provide.
- Meet with the client & family to develop an individualized care plan that reflects the specific needs and preferences of the client.
- Maintains contact with the client, their family, physician(s) and caregivers to ensure an effective care plan and quality of care.
- Make complimentary supervisory visits to the home every 60 days to reassess the client and evaluate quality of care.
